5 quick details about our Fall Concerts in Charlotte

We’re thrilled to be welcoming audiences back to Uptown for the first time in more than a year as we host our Fall Concerts in Charlotte in just a few weeks. Tickets are now on sale!

About the Fall Concerts

Charlotte Choir School is proud to present our Fall Concerts in Charlotte under the direction of Artistic Director Elizabeth Lenti. This evening of music to welcome the autumn season shows off what all five Charlotte Choir School choirs have been able to accomplish since our season began in August. The program features music by Shawn Kirchner, Morten Lauridsen, Philip Moore, and Moses Hogan.

We’ll publish a full concert program in advance of the show in the coming weeks. You can also enjoy this playlist of commercial recordings of a few selections from the concert.

What to know if you go to our Fall Concerts in Charlotte

We can’t wait to welcome you! Here are some important quick details you will find helpful if you’re attending.

Because our home at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church is too small for us to safely socially distance both our performers and our audience, we’re hosting this concert thanks to our friends and neighbors First United Methodist. Just a block away from our home, First UMC is a wonderful venue and we’ve performed there a number of times over the years.

Parking is available for free in the TransAmerica Square Parking Garage on Seventh Street. Please use the Seventh Street entrance just west of Tryon Street. Bring your ticket to the show for validation.

Please bring the tickets you receive by email to the show. You can print your tickets or bring them on your mobile device. Tickets must be scanned for admission. There is no will call for this event.

Safely attending a concert

We are committed to the health and safety of our choristers and our audiences. We are still developing our full policies regarding pandemic safety at our performances and events, and we expect these policies to evolve during the season as the nature of the pandemic changes. We’ll communicate to ticket purchasers by email any updates.

For these Fall Concerts in Charlotte specifically, we are requiring social distancing of all parties. You can sit with your immediate party, but please remain socially distant from other concert goers. Ushers will assist with this. Face coverings are required for all patrons. We do strongly encourage vaccination to help protect our choristers, staff, and other concert patrons.
